OUR PROCESS
STEP 1: CONSULTATION AND DESIGN
Your design consultation is about getting to know you and how you use your space (kitchen and or cupboards). Inspiration, colour, and materials we need to understand the layout of your existing space or new build as this will ensure we can create a design that is tailored to perfectly suit your needs.
STEP 2: DESIGN AND QUOTATION
Before the initial quote is received the next step is to get 3D Designs drawn up for your project. Our process is a collaborative one and we encourage you to explore different ideas that can work in your space. These are 3D Renders and as such should never be taken as exact colour or finish as the lustre and vibrances of natural wood and paint colours cannot be emulated 100%.
STEP 3: ORDERING AND MANUFACTURING
We will arrange for a site visit to survey the space and make sure that all measurements and details are correct. Once you are satisfied and have signed off on your finalized design, your kitchen and or cupboards can be ordered, and production will commence.
STEP 4: DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Our orders are normally delivered 3-4 weeks after you have placed your order and arrive ready for our installation in your home. Upon completion of the manufacturing process, your Design Consultant will contact you to arrange installation by Mastercraft’s qualified installers. Your new, custom designed design will be fitted, then it is yours to enjoy!
